MINISTRIES Pastoral Ministry Our pastor is the leader of our congregation, providing ministerial oversight for the worship and life of the church, preaching of the Word, administering the Sacraments, and acting as shepherd, teacher and spiritual counselor to fellow sojourners. Youth Leader Our youth leader oversees the multiple activities of the Middle School and Senior High School young people, providing opportunities for spiritual growth, fellowship, mission and leadership; sponsoring and coordinating events, retreats and conferences with Presbytery and other local church youth groups. [See our Youth Page] The Session The Session is the governing body of our local Presbyterian church. It's twelve "Elder" members together with the Board of Trustees see to the over-all administrative affairs of the congregation. The Board of Deacons The Deacons provide for the crucial ministry of care and concern to members of our congregation and our community. They also regularly prepare the communion elements for the Sacrament of the Lord's Supper.
